Welcome to calmresort.top. By navigating this website or completing high-concept booking enquiries at Whispering Winds, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.
Throughout these policies, the terms "the Sanctuary," "Whispering Winds," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Whispering Winds Retreat Ltd. The terms "Client," "Guest," "you," or "your" refer to any individual booking stay or browsing calmresort.top.
Our structures stand in natural rain habitats of Ucluelet, BC. We do not provide urban hospitality amenities (e.g., valet parking, 24/7 commercial bar room). Guests must prepare for forest weather conditions, uneven wood planks, and direct exposure to misty coastal elements. We are a silent zone: loud vehicular speakers, unpermitted aerial drone operations, and off-trail trespassing are grounds for immediate stay revocation without refund.
A submitted enquiry form at calmresort.top does not constitute a legally binding hotel confirmation. Accommodations are only secured following personal coordinate review, written deposit agreement via email [email protected], and receipt of the booking deposit in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Because we only maintain six custom-built structural domes, cancellations affect us deeply. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are subject to 50% deposit penalty. Exceptions are permitted only in cases of severe storm warning warnings flagged directly by Environment Canada.
Whispering Winds is not responsible for injuries or gear failures occurring during self-guided coastal treks, stormy coastline shoreline access, or wild animal encounters on Peninsula Road. You accept the rustic characteristics of raw wilderness bath waters and wood stove operations within each handcrafted cabin.
Any disputes stemming from online services or bookings on calmresort.top will be governed directly by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal complaints must be filed, reviewed, and finalized in the provincial courts located on Vancouver Island.
We reserve rights to adjust these policies to reflect changes in local forestry or hospitality acts. Ensure to review these rules before arrival. Address queries to [email protected].
